• Jeff Winston welding the metal beams on the H Building

• Pastor Joel and his crew assembled the main support beam and lifted the cross beams

• The Block work on the North side of the building is nearly done

• Next we will put up the beams on the North side

Fall 2007 Security and Safety measures

• It is our goal to completely secure the property by the end of 2007!

• We will do this in four phases.

Phase 1 Metal Fence Construction along

the North Wall

• Priorities:

– Safe and Secure environment

– Open and inviting place for ministry

• Each fence section costs $327.00

• All 13 sections cost a total of $4,252 (including material and labor)

• The metal fencing will provide the necessary security!

• The metal fencing will allow for a transparent and inviting ministry environment

• The main gate will be built to last!

• Two 15’ wide by 8’ high gates will span the 30’ opening

• 4” steel gate posts,• Solid steel beams• Built to take abuse even

from a 15 passenger van!

• $710 USD• The price for

Materials and Labor for this 30 foot wide double gate!

Phase 3 Finish the Rest of the Block Wall

• We are nearly finished!!!!

• The block parts of the wall are 94% finished!

• We only need 900 more blocks to be done with the block wall FOREVER!!!

• $1066 USD • For materials

and labor• This includes filling in

the block with cement for structural strength and replacing blocks that have fallen out

Totals • Phase 1

– Metal fencing on North Wall = $4,252

• Phase 2– 30 foot front gate (double hinged) = $710

• Phase 3– Finish ALL Block work on Wall = $1066

• Phase 4– Finish South Wall (gate / sections) = $4,962

• Total = $10,992
