Mineral Wool used calcium silicate minerals with high temperature heat resistance including basalt and andesite as main raw materials, and forms them in certain shapes. Proper facing materials can be attached or surface can be coated as occasion demands. Since it is made inorganic minerals, it does not burn, has wider range of applications than other insulation materials under high temperature.It forms ideal insulation air layer since it contains lots of fibers per unit volume, providing very low thermal conductivity.It is a very economical insulation material that helps to create pleasant living spaces and to consider-ably save cooling and heating expenses. Mineral wool is an excellent product that uses special raw materials and improves heat resistance one step further. It is highly resistant to chemicals including acid or alkali because it consists of chemically stable minerals. (4) Glass Wool Pipe Cover / Board / Blanket
Removal Mat(4-R Cover) is made from 100% “E” glass. Mechanically needled mat with 6 or 9 micron fine filament yarn or texturized and twisted yarns without organic binders.
It is lightweight with flexibility easy to cut to made insulation covers and removable blankets.
It is low cost replacement of asbestos cloth or ceramic fiber blanket will not compact or shake down in applica-tion where vibration may be encoun-tered.
It has excellent thermal efficiency. Low chloride content will not initiate stress corrosion. Glass fiber does not absorb water and incombustible ma-terial.

PIR insulation may be used for such application operating within the tem-perature range from -170°C to +120°C. PIR insulation is CFC-free and produces as a continuous foam bun-stock with the ability to be fabricated into any shape and sizes such as sheets, pipe shells, tank and vessel covering and custom parts for a variety of in-sulation, core material and carving applica-tions. While retaining all of the benefits of rigid polyurethane insulation, PIR offers greater dimensional stability over a wider service temperature range.
Description
Moisture penetration can degrade ther-mal insulating performance. Since PIR has high closed cell content and consists of strongly-linked matrix, it does not eas-ily break down in service and shows ex-cellent resistance to moisture penetra-tion. When used with proper installation of vapor barriers, PIR provides further improved performance to its insulating system.

PIR has a fully aged thermal conductivity as low as 0.023 W/mk. (Min. 6 months aging) Thus it can achieve the same insulation value with a minimal thickness of insulation even in most se-vere operating conditions.
Less insulation can facilitate thinner walls, more space, and fewer and tighter energy-losing seams. Therefore PIR insulating system can achieve a lower surface area andcost saving of finishing materials such as expensive vapor barriers, jackets, and mastics.

(4) Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM)
EPDM insulation is an elastomeric insulation product with excellent UV resistance. It has a low flame and smoke rating and excellent water and weather resistance. EPDM insula-tion is low water vapor transmittance mate-rial and has low thermal conductivity. EPDM insulation is an eco-material and PVC, CFC free.

Aluminum Roll Jacketing is manufactured from al-loys conforming to ASTM B209 designation. These alloys are chosen because of their superior corro-sion resistance and durable weather properties. Half hard temper provides optimum mechanical properties and facilitates field application. Alu-minum Roll Jacketing is available in a smooth mill finish or a stucco embossed pattern in accordance with surface treatment method.
Description
Polykraft consists of one layer of one mil polyethylene film with a protective layer of 40 pound virgin kraft paper. The moisture barrier is attached to the jacketing by continuous lamination to the full width of the metal. The moisture barrier is used to prevent moisture and corrosives, in the insulation, from coming into direct contact with the metal jacketing surface and causing galvanic or chemical corrosion

Stainless Steel Jacketing is available in several finishes which include smooth, stucco embossed and in the lighter gauges, 3/16’’ corrugated. The stucco embossed finish on Stainless Steel Jacketing reduces glare from sunlight, adds strength, and has more potential for masking applica-tion fingerprints, scratches, dents and other minor surface blemishes.

Stainless Steel Roll Jacketing is manufactured from T304 and T316 prime grade Austenitic stain-less steel with regular 2B mill finish for flatness and reduced glare. The yield strength is 30,000~45,OOOpsi, the ten-sile 75,000~100,000psi. For easy field fabrication, Stainless Steel Jacketing is supplied in the soft or annealed condition. T304 is normally used except in the most corrosive areas where T316 is justified.Both T304 and T316 Stainless Steel are described in ASTM A-240. Stainless Steel Jacketing has a melting point of Approx. 2500ºF. Stainless Steel of-fers the best fire protection of all metals used for metal jacketing.

The primary use of Stainless Steel sheet and jacketing is for hostile environments such as the pulp, paper, textile, re-finery and Petrochemical ap-plications.

(2) Stainless Steel Jacketing
Stainless Steel Jacketing is supplied with a moisture barrier, which consists of 40-pound Kraft paper with one-mil thick, low density polyethylene film, heat and pressure bonded to the interior surface. This moisture barrier prevents galvanic corrosion caused by con-tact of dissimilar metals in the presence of moisture, and chemical corrosion caused by installing sheets over damp insulation materials. For increased galvanic and corrosion protection, three-mil polyethylene moisture barriers are available.

Corrugated Sheets are available in Aluminum and Stainless Steel.They provide protection for insulated equipment, towers, vessels and tanks with outside diameters of 12’ or more.
Aluminum Corrugated Sheets are supplied in five thicknesses, .025, .030, .035, .040 and .050.
Stainless Steel Corrugated Sheets can be supplied in .010 and heavier thick-nesses. Corrugated Sheets are available in 11/4’’ and 3’’ corrugations.The 11/4’’ corrugations have a depth 1/4’’ and the 3’’ corrugations have depth of 3/4’’.
Aluminum Corrugated Sheets are supplied in 1100, 3003, 3105 or 5005 alloy and Stainless is supplied in T-304 or T-316 alloy. Corrugated Sheets are avail-able in a smooth finish and a stucco embossed pattern up to 12’ in length. Greater lengths may be specially ordered.
