Spains congress to explain how it planned to handle thecrisis

The truth is that the Spanish Government didnt know

how to tackle the Communication Crisis

Another truth is that several nations like Spain, Portugal,France, spent more time figuring out how not to getinvolved in the crisis than in trying to find a faster

solution

The government underestimatedthe catastrophe (until they made aplan, the oil spread on the richestcoast of Spain)

disasters from Spain and also from the world
