Favourite School Memories: I really loved Careers Week in year 10. It was a great opportunity to explore different jobs available. I also loved year 12 camp, and feel like it was a great way for our class to bond. Advice for Other Students: Do your assignments as you go and don’t try to do them all at once. Ask teachers for help if you are unsure of what to do next. Future Plans: I’m not sure what I want to do yet, but I plan to work here for a year to save up before moving to Adelaide.

Favourite School Memories: There are a lot of them. But they all include laughing with the friends (young and old) I’ve made at KICE.Advice for Other Students: Do what you love and follow your interests. Take a few risks and try something new. Learn as much as you can about as much as you can. Try to enjoy yourself and remember, your grades won’t matter in ten years, but your experiences will.Future Plans: Work in an area I enjoy (hospitality) to gain financial stability so I can explore my curiosities.

You have had many great times over the year, and you’ve had some tough times. I know that as you transition to life beyond KICE there will be many more ups and downs and I ask you as you prepare for this time and your life beyond KICE that you do a few things, as suggested by your teachers:

No matter what you choose to do, make sure that you dedicate yourself to putting in 100%, always give it your best.

Remember that you don’t have to follow the crowd, your journey, will be just that, yours.

Do the right thing, even if no one is watching.

Study and work hard and remember that you’re investing in yourself with every task that you complete.

And finally, don’t be in too big of a hurry to grow up. These are some of best times in your life. Don’t rush past them.

There are great things coming, please know that we as teachers and as a school are here for you and so are your parents.
