Intelligent Cies project (FP6 2004-6) - Telecies became Eurocies
Knowledge Society Forum (KSF) in 2005 - Manchester was a founding
member of Telecies and the Living Labs network (2006) which became
the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) - Eurocies KSF launched
its Smart Cies working group in April 2011, co-chaired by
Manchester and Barcelona (both leads for EU CIP Smart Cies
projects, Manchester with Smart Innovaon & People SMARTiP and
