New Years Eve - “Party through the decades” Want to relive the Swinging Sixties? Still got your flares from the groovy 70’s or perhaps the legwarmers and lace of the eighties is more your thing! Whichever decade was your favourite, we have something to suit everyone. From the Beatles to the Bee Gees and Wham to Whitney. Fancy dress is

optional but we know there is no better excuse for getting out those ruffled shirts, platform boots and anything neon!

Our New Years Eve package includes a pre-dinner glass of Prosecco, three course dinner cooked by our team of award winning Chefs, your entertainment for the evening, an overnight stay in one of our well-appointed double or twin rooms and full English breakfast the following day – we will even extend

check out until 1pm for those wanting a relaxing start to 2019.

General Terms & ConditionsAll prices are inclusive of VAT. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted at evening events. The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings and equipment

therein by any act, default or neglect of the customer or guests of the customer and will be required to reimburse the full amount to make good or remedy any such damage. We reserve the right to

vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements or the facilities features in this brochure should we find an alteration necessary. For any exclusive events (when function rooms are occupied by your

organisation/guests alone) or if you book a group of more than 10 bedrooms, a separate contract must be signed. Minimum numbers apply for any exclusive events regardless of the day of week.

Christmas Day LunchFor Christmas Day Lunch a 50% deposit is required. Deposits can be paid by cash, credit or debit card or by BACS. The final balance and pre-orders are required 5 weeks prior to the event. Any

individual or more specific requirements must be discussed with the Christmas Coordinator.

Christmas Party Nights and LunchesProvisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of enquiry or they will automatically be released. To confirm a provisional booking the Hotel requires a non-refundable and non-transferable

deposit of £10.00 per person. Deposits can be paid by cash, credit or debit card or by BACS. The final balance must be paid no later than 5 weeks prior to the event at which point full menu choices

will also be required. Groups of less than 10 guests may be seated at tables with other parties. Groups of over 10 guests may be catered for on more than one table. Any individual requirements must

be discussed with the Christmas Co-ordinator. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without

liability to the Hotel.

Christmas Residential PackageA non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required at the time of booking. The non-refundable final balance is due on 24th November 2018.

Cancellation TermsCancellations must be made in writing to the hotel and all deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If full pre-payment is not received 5 weeks prior to the event; the Hotel reserves the right to release your booking and retain the deposit paid. If numbers decrease within 5 weeks of the event

(including non-arrivals) the overpayment of the deposit cannot be offset against your booking in any way.
