W ell it was another frosty Olds shows, wonder what it would be like to walk to the arena without ice crystals whipping into your face and eyes watering as you enter the arena? But things warmed up as the day went on and Cam Clark’s show co-ordinators put on a well-run show. Harold and his team were bang on with their cattle changes and the cattle humbled us at times but made for some great penning. And of course where would we be without Lorraine, Carlene, Christine and Pete and all the line judges - great job guys on long days and cold nights!

Things heated up every night as we drowned our sorrows and warmed up with great meals and stories at BP’s. Lots of birthdays were celebrated as we said happy birthday to Donna O’Reilly, Dale Glover, Rob Schalk,
Butch McPherson, Kelly Applebee (we missed having you there) and apologies if we missed someone else.
Congrats to all those who took home a little cash and the Irvine Tack and Trailers gift certificates. Take a
look at all the winners of our first show of the year.
