The participation fee includes lunch, refreshments and beverages during the breaks, attendance of the evening reception and, as an addition to the conference documents, a subscription to the journal Behörden Spiegel for one year, so that you will be informed about further developments regarding the subjects of the conference on an ongoing basis. The subscription is automatically renewed free of charge. You can object to this at any time by means of an informal communication stating this desire. After receiving your registration, you will receive confirmation of receipt and, following this, confirmation of registration by e-mail and an invoice by surface mail. If you cancel registration up to two weeks before the beginning of the event, a handling fee of 50 per cent of the participation fee will be charged. Any later than this, or if participants fail to attend, the entire participation fee will be charged. It is of course possible to send substitutes for registered participants.
