This initial dashboard ‘tab’ is the sample definition page. With just a few clicks users can rapidly create any data-break that the source data will conceivably support.

e.g. Females aged 25-44, living in Glasgow that posted a message about Starbucks between 10am and midday last Tuesday...

This dashboard ‘tab’ uses a heat-map as a different, highly visual way to dive into the semantic analysis data.

The red colours indicate topics or themes of high semantic significance. Users can click on any row, column or individual cell to investigate a ‘red-flag’ issue in greater depth.

This dashboard ‘tab’ is directly linked to the previous heat-map tab. That means when we use the heat-map to drill down into a specific issue or question, the results of our query are displayed in the charts, graphs and tables within this tab.

In the top chart we can see that 44% of comments about ‘Gaggia’ contain ‘Evaluation Good +’ comments (i.e. positive judgements).

However, in the chart below we see that 5.96% of all ‘Evaluation Good +’ comments relate to ‘Nespresso’ (i.e. Nespresso has the highest share of positive evaluation comments)
