Lead TimesThe standard lead time is same day shipment for

stocked items for orders placed before noon when

shipped from the home warehouse. Extended lead

times are required for non-stocked or special items.

Order Cancellation for Non-Standard ProductsA cancellation charge of 20 percent of the purchase

price will be assessed for non-standard confi gurations

of products or parts that are cancelled prior to

shipment. If the non-standard product has been

shipped prior to receipt of the cancellation notice, the

goods can only be returned per manufacturer consent

and subject to manufacturer restocking fee.

ShipmentsAll shipments are freight prepaid and added to the

invoice unless collect or third party billing is specifi cally

requested. MBS will ship via UPS ground if possible.

Freight that is oversized or more economical than UPS

will ship common carrier. Second Day (Blue) and Next

Day (Red) will be processed at customer’s expense.

Damage in ShipmentUPS: Please notify the UPS delivery person of potential

damage, receive the package and then notify MBS

of potential damage. LTL: record damage on the bill

of lading and notify MBS. All damages and shortages

(including concealed) must be reported to MBS within

10 days of receipt. Call 1-800-334-4875.

WarrantyThe manufacturer’s warranty applies on all purchased

products. For warranty specifi cs please contact our

Customer Service Department.

ReturnsApproval is required before returning any product to

MBS. To assure proper handling of returned goods,

please contact our Customer Service Department

to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

New equipment returns are subject to a 20 percent

restocking fee. Upon receiving your RGA number,

shipping instructions will be provided. Please mark the

RGA number on the packages returned.

and deliver it wherever you want.

Our customized backroom packages provide

everything your installer needs to quickly install

a new beverage system. When shipped together

with a dispenser and ice machine, it doesn’t get

any easier!

Dramatically reduce installation time!

Simple 1-2-3 installation:

1. Add CO2 tank

2. Add tubing between dispenser & rack

3. Add syrup and Ready to Serve!

Choose from one, two or three wide racks from one to fi ve racks

high, with Flojet or SHURfl o pumps, high or low pressure regulators,

and your choice of bag-in-box (BIB) connectors. Also, choose

from the MBS fl at rack that allows BIB boxes to be placed on their

sides maximizing storage capacity, or the traditional inclined rack

for gravity feed. Racks have black powder-coat fi nish to resist

chipping, and have glide tracks on both sides for pump mounting

convenience. Top shelf and additional rack(s)

are great for storage.

INSTALLATION KITS

Inclined racks use gravity to help syrup fl ow from the bag-in-box, but require boxes to be placed on their wide side

(horizontal placement). Flat rack assemblies maximize storage by allowing boxes to stand on their narrowest side

(vertical placement shown in the pictures at the bottom of this page) which allows more BIB boxes per shelf. See the

table below for comparison.

Flat Racks = More Flavors, Less Space!With vertical placement, the rack assembly shown here will accommodate 22

fl avors in the same footprint that normally holds 10. Additional pumps or a

water system can be mounted on either side.

INSTALLATION KITS

Installation is a breeze with the pre-assembled slide track pump panel system!

Simply hang on the wall or rack, connect the tubing to the syrup box and you’re ready to start

pumping! The sturdy metal track system is lighter than a traditional pump panel and conserves

space by holding more pumps per row. Rack hangers are included.

If a pump needs replacement, simply

snap the pump off the plastic base plate

and snap the new one on. No clips or

screws are needed!

Bar Guns

All hydraulic, non-electric Wunder-Bar® dispensers are

a convenient and reliable way to dispense beverages

and provide consistent brix ratios, correct mixture and

carbonation. Precision diff users provide fast fl ow rates

with minimal foaming and minimal brix stratifi cation.

“Kwik-Klip” retainers make connecting tubing to manifolds

easier and help prevent leaks. No tools are necessary for

installation.

Confi gurations are available for post-mix, pre-mix, juice,

wine and liquor. Each dispenser is factory wet-checked at

pressures far exceeding normal usage prior to shipment,

and every bar gun is backed by a 3-year warranty.

Carbonated and non-carbonated soda guns are available

Mark 4 Post-Mix Bar Guns®

The Wunder-Bar mechanical fl ex-hose bar dispensers provide

excellent carbonation, minimal brix stratification, fast flow rate and

minimal foaming due to their precision machined diff users.

Bar guns are available in 1 to 14 button models (with the exception

of 11 and 13 button models) with three types of manifolds:

permanent connection, quick disconnect or flow-regulated. Barrier

tubing is optional. Choose from five colors: black, blue, red, green

and cabana blue. Dispensers include stainless steel input fittings,

hose hanger and mounting hardware.

All Wunder-Bar post-mix flex-hose dispensers include two water

meter adjustment screws which allow 2:1 ratio products to be

brixed independently from 4:1 or 5:1 ratios. No more sacrificing flow

rates to obtain a 2:1 brix! Juice dispensers also include two water

metering screw adjustments.

Bar guns can be confi gured for most combinations of carbonated,

non-carbonated, non-carbonated pre-mixed or wine products at

the factory, or in the fi eld without shutting off the dispenser. All

seven, eight, and nine button dispensers can be upgraded to 10

button dispensers since all the necessary valves and product tubes

are already installed into the dispenser. Simply add buttons on the

handle, and input modules and input fittings on the manifold.

Buttons and Butterfly Plates

By removing the button plate, buttons can be

changed. After removing the butterfly retainer

and screws and lifting out the butterfly plates,

various standard configurations and endless

special configurations can be created. Buttons

and button plates can be removed while the

dispenser is under pressure.

Mark 4 Post-Mix Bar Guns

Wunder-Bar’s Refurbishing Program

Wunder-Bar will refurbish post-mix dispensers within

8 years of original date of manufacture. To find and

understand date codes, please contact your MBS

representative. A $20 credit/rebate toward the purchase

of a new gun will be given for older guns. Refurbishing

includes a complete clean and strip, new tubing,

new O-rings and any new parts required, including a

MARK 4 dispensers begin with M4 followed by a dash.

There are no more dashes, unless the model includes

NSF designation. Example: M410620KSM3 is a... MARK4,

10 button, 6 carbonated, 2 non-carbonated, zero pre-mix

non-carbonated, black(K), Series 2.5 (S), metering screw

manifold (M), 3 ft. hose length.

Upon request shutoff screw extensions will be included

at no charge, and the model number will not be aff ected.

Upon request 8 barrier lines are available at no cost, and

are not part of the model number. 4 barrier lines are

standard.

Upon request old style drip cups and hangers are

available at no cost, and are not reflected in the model

number. New dispensers ordered without instructions

will include the new sanitary drip tray and hanger.

*Juice dispensers are only available with metering screws.

Installation Instructions:1. (FOR CONVERSION KIT ONLY) Remove the existing PM10-40 hose hanger (and old style drip cup) from the bar

top by un-screwing the three mounting screws. Discard the screws and old style drip cup.

2. Position the PH10-121 (drip cup holder) into the recess located under the PM10-40 (hose hanger) and align the

three matching mounting screw holes.

3. Position the combined PH10-121 and PM10-40 under the countertop, in the desired mounting location, with

the alignment line lined-up with the front edge of the countertop.

4. Install three PM10-65 (#10 x 3/4" phillips pan head screws) through the three mounting holes and into the

countertop, completely, until no screw threads are visible or exposed below the screw hole mounting bosses.

5. Install one end of teh PH10-106 (6' drain tube) onto the PH10-121's (drip cup holder) drain nipple, fully.

6. Extend the other end of the PH10-106 (6' drain tube) to the fl oor sink or drain. Do not install drain tube end into

the ice bin or sink drain.

7. Install the PM10-76 (grommet) into the PM10-40 (hose hanger).

8. Install the PH10-122 (drip cup insert) into the PH10-121 (drip cup holder).

CARBONATORS

The 43 and E2000 SeriesBoth series produce 100 gallons/hour. Carbonators have brass water pumps

with integral strainers, stainless steel bases with rubber feet for sound

insulation, right angle probe service cords, heat sink probe caps, and no

external electronic components. Specifi cations: 1/4" MF CO2 inlet, 3/8" MF

water inlet and 3/8" MF soda water outlet(s). Five year warranty.

The two-piece probe assembly is easy to test: simply remove the probe

electronics and pass the tip of a magnetic screwdriver past the lower end

of the tube extending from the electronics package. If the reed switch

closes, it’s operating properly.

ASSE 1022 Backflow Preventer Regulations Under backfl ow conditions, a vented backfl ow

preventer provides pressure relief if the primary check

valve fails ensuring that the secondary check valve will

remain closed. UPC and NSPC plumbing codes in many

states now require that an air gap or vented backfl ow

preventer that meets ASSE standard 1022 is used on all

carbonated beverage dispensers. Fountain dispensers

that currently use an internal non-vented dual check

valve (ASSE 1032), the industry standard for decades,

will be required to have an ASSE 1022 device installed

on the dispenser water line.

McCann’s ASSE 1022 Backflow PreventerFeatures working pressures from 10 to 200 PSI, working

temperatures up to 130°F, and can be used in horizontal

or vertical applications. It’s reliable, easy to install,

service and maintain, and UL, NSF, ASSE certifi ed.

Procon® Rotary Vane Pumps Rotary vane pumps are designed to pump potable water for beverage applications. Strainers trap particles that can

cause damage to the pump. Models with strainers have removable caps for periodic cleaning (every 4 months under

provides oxygen and fl avor barrier protection combined

Sani-Clean AM™ Series 218 drain tubing contains anti-

microbial additive that discourages bacteria and fungal

growth on both inner and outer surfaces. The tubing’s

Oetiker Stepless® Ear ClampsThe term “Stepless” relates to the absence of gaps or steps on the clamp’s inner circumference. The unique tongue-in-

groove design provides uniform compression and a 360° seal. Smooth-edged band steel prevents damage to hose, and

the clamp is well-suited for fl exible thin-walled hose.

The fi rst half of the item numbers below refer to the each clamp’s maximum outside diameter hose capacity, measured

in millimeters. The second half of the item number refers to the width and thickness of the band: 505 is 5 mm wide and

.05 mm thick, and 706 is 7 mm wide and .06 mm thick.

Installation examplePosition clamp on hose with end fi tting
