!!!What is a CEED? Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development It is
a chance to work and live in another culture and country, immersing
yourself into the AIESEC entity by working for them.
What is the importance of a CEED? A CEED enables AIESECers to
work for AIESEC in another entity to advance their personal and
professional development whilst contributing to their host MC or
LC. For this specific CEED AIESEC UK is looking for an individual
with knowledge in and passion for B2B Marketing.
What will be my JD and responsibilities? 1. Digital Marketing
Campaigns: brainstorming, planning, generating content for and
executing marketing campaigns for
AIESEC UKs Global Talent program and sub products for
companies.
2. Website: designing, updating and optimising website content
for company campaigns
3. Design: designing all materials for national marketing in a
timely manner, including social media graphics, website
graphics,
info-graphics and packages
4. Analysis: conduct strategic analysis of marketing operations
to provide feedback and optimise marketing activity
5. Content Creation: generating content for Global
Talent-specific campaigns, aligning messaging to Global Talent
sub-
products for companies
6. Social Media Management: managing AIESEC UKs social media
accounts relevant to companies and organisations: Twitter,
LinkedIn, HubSpot

!!!Working hours: 40 hours per week. From either 9 AM - 5 PM or
10 AM - 6 PM. !!Duration: Minimum of 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the
CEEDership should be re-evaluated and extension can be oered.
!Accommodation (110 per week reimbursement); You are responsible
for arranging your own accommodation. !Reimbursement of living
expenses (50 per week for food expenses, 40 pw for transportation
expenses, 110 per week for accommodation expenses) !CEEDership
might start anytime in February or beginning of March - pending
availability of
the successful candidate. !!!!Required: Excellent English and no
need for any visa to stay at minimum 3 months in UK.
