Boeing is expecting to deliv er 1,250 new airplanes

Northeast Asian carriers v alued at approximately US

$200 billion ov er the next 20 y ears.

According to Randy Tinseth, Boeing Commercial

British Airways offers luxury air service

It expected that British Airway s will soon start luxurious new f irst class f lights on

sev eral major global routes. The carrier is mov ing f urther on the new premium

products dev elopment currently f inalising installations on its f leet of Boeing 747-

400s which is expected to operate to Moscow, Singapore and all Australian

destinations f rom April-May 2012. Currently the plush First Class is av ailable on

Boeing 777 planes operating to Delhi and Mumbai.

The contact betweem European turboprop manuf acturer ATR and Danish regional

aircraf t leasing company Nordic Av iation Capital (NAC) was signed f or acquisition

of 10 ATR 72-600s and 2 ATR 72-500s, together with options f or 10 additional ATR

72-600s. The estimated v alue of the deal together with options is priced at US$ 500

million. The agreement on 10 f irm ATR 72-600s and the options by both companies

was initiated at the Paris Air Show last June, howev er f inal contract signature was

signed last week

(GAA), an Airbus A320 to

Russian av iation equipment

company NITA (New

Inf ormation Technologies in

Av iation) on behalf of the

Ministry of Transport of

Russia, and an Embraer

Phenom 100 to CAE Global

Academy Perth, a joint v enture

f light school with China

Southern Airlines located in

Australia. CAE also signed

contracts with v arious

customers f or updates of CAE-

built simulators.

The contracts are worth a total

of more than C$70 million at

list prices, and bring the total

number of FFS sales that CAE

has announced to date during

f iscal y ear 2012 to 15.

easy Jet, operator of Europe’s No 1 air transport network and the second largest

airline in France continues to inv est in the French market by stationing two aircraf t
