Devices should also be equipped with compatible operating system and software.• For Mac/Windows device users: Additional plugin may be required to access ScooTV content. Plugin is

available for download from the in-flight portal.• For Android device users: ScooTV app is available for download from the in-flight portal. You would be

prompted to download a ScooTV media player application when you select any of the ScootTV media to watch for the very first time. Please download and install this application. Once the application has been installed you would need to return to ScooTV and again select any of the media you would like to watch. Note: - Before you proceed to download the application, please update your phone settings. - Under Settings > Security > Device Administration, check the box titled “Unknown Sources”. - If you are prompted with a message “Installing this app may harm your device”, please check the box, and

then click “install”. The app will automatically be downloaded to your device. You would need to install the app to complete the setup.

the ‘Scoot_Wi-Fi’ hotspot network.3. If you are using a tablet or mobile device, launch your ScooTV app.4. Alternatively, if you are using a laptop, launch your favourite web browser and you would be taken to the Wi-Fi portal landing page (please enable pop-ups on your web browser for scootwifi.com). If the Wi-Fi portal landing page does not load automatically, you can enter the web address www.scootwifi.com to load the landing page.

2. Click on the “Get Wi-Fi!” tab in the inflight portal. You would be directed to the HotSpot page.

3. If you have received a username and password, please enter your username and password under the “Login” tab and click “Go Online”. If you have received an access code, please enter your access code under the “Access Code” tab and click “Redeem”.

4. You are now online!

1. Click on the “Get Wi-Fi!” tab in the inflight portal to go to the HotSpot page.

2. If you’re a new user, click “Buy Now” and create a user account.

3. If you’re a returning user with an existing HotSpot account (created previously), enter your HotSpot login information.
