I changed the contrast and color (obviously) and I also used the dry brush.

I brightened it and used the smudge stick

I went to artistic and chose the smudge tool

I darkened the picture with layer masking

I used the smudge tool to smudge out his eyes and mouth and the words in the back andMade the picture yellow/orange.
