MAJOR FEATURES • Designed to meet API-6D specifications, and API-6FA and 607 fire safe requirements. • The simple design of the end-entry ball valve makes it easy to repair in the field. • Internal parts are easy to coat, making an extremely large range of trims available. • Upstream sealing permits the valve seat to be tested by bleeding the body cavity with the valve either open or closed. • Includes a seat sealant injection system to provide a fast simple way of restoring tight shut-off if any foreign objection should damage the seating surface. This system can also be used for routine flushing of the seat ring area in service where this may be required. • Provided with stem sealant injection system to provide a secondary seal around the top stem. • Welding, flanged or welding/flanged ends.

Recommended Preventative MaintenanceMaintenance programs vary greatly from application to application, dependent on factors such as operational frequency, fluid make-up, external environment etc. The user should establish a routine maintenance program to extend the life of the valves and minimize downtime for repair.
Monthly1. Visually inspect the valve for signs of leakage or corrosion 2. Drain the body to remove any sediment, etc., that may have accumulated. 3. Lubricate the valve if desired.
6 Months:1. Cycle the vale fully open and closed at least once to check for freedom of operation. 2. Remove the stem protector and lubricate the valve stem threads.
3. Lubricate the stem nut bearings.
