In this presentation, Johanna discusses how she believes social media applications is going to free us from some of the absurd assumptions that we have as a society about Gender.

• In the introduction of her presentation, Johanna used picture slides, demographic charts and world wide statistics to inform and maintain the engagement of her audience throughout the speech by sharing facts.

She shared her vision of the future of entertainment media and how stereotypes will change advertisement industry.

• Johanna Blakley treated the audience like Kings. Her presentation was clear and fluent. She demonstrated two learning skills which was Visual and Auditory styles, giving her audience the connection to understand .

TIPS USED FROM NANCY DUARTE

Tips I learnt from Nancy Duarte is that you should also treat your audience as a KING. Nancy also mentioned a great tip, always practice design not decoration when preparing for a presentation.

Based upon watching Johanna’s presentation, I learnt that through practice and preparation, you can draw your audience to the information given and connect

COMPARE AND CONTRAST 1

At the beginning of Sir Ken Robinson’s first video, he was very funny and used no visual in his presentation. He also touched base on his personal life giving his audience some sort of understanding to his truthful answers and beliefs.

COMPARE AND CONTRAST 2

In his second presentation, Sir Ken Robinson demonstrated a marvelous animated speech with his methods. I must say that both speakers have great input on information, but Sir Ken Robinson was by far the best speaker.
