•  Most of the LGRRC has sufficient IT infrastructure which include: desktops, laptops, and printers.

•  Region III owns the highest number of desktops (48), laptops (15), and printers (20).

•  Regions V, IX, and XIII (CARAGA) enjoy fast internet connection with a speed of 8 mbps-10 mbps.

•  Regions I and VII only have an internet speed of 2 mbps and 3mbps, respectively.

•  4/14 LGRRCs have experience in hosting/organizing webinar while only one (1) respondent was able to attend a webinar course.

•  Challenges encountered by LGRRC in hosting webinars were unstable internet connection and slow internet speed.

MKI Functions •  13 out of 14 LGRRCs has confirmed the presence of a

helpdesk in their regional office while Region IV-A (CALABARZON) did not respond to this question.

•  (Among the 14 LGRCCs) Regions V, VI, IX, and X did not conduct a knowledge assessment/ inventory.

•  Only Region III, CAR, and NCR have reformulated/revised their knowledge capital plan (whilst Region IV-A did not provide any answer to this question).

course (Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management Framework course in 2014);

•  4/14 LGRRCs have experienced hosting/organizing a webinar (Regions IV-B, IX, XI, NCR)

•  Region XI and Region IX (NEO Webinar in 2013 and the LGOO II in-house orientation in 2016) has hosted webinars twice; Region IVB hosted the NEO Webinar; NCR hosted the Online Regional Team Conference in October 2013;

There should be a shorter Mme for lectures and longer Mme for workshops

ParMcipants especially those who have adended prior BNEO programs are no longer adenMve Speakers were knowledgeable on the subject mader and were able to present the topics assigned well

Face to face interacMon is more effecMve for barangay officials; Responses of the BNEO parMcipants can be observed


Radyo Aralan -‐-‐ Not all barangay officials are interested in listening to the radio

UMlizaMon of the classroom type/face to face as it is more effecMve than Radyo Aralan and webinar method Some did not implement this method

Not an effecMve medium unless it is broadcasted thru mainstream local radio staMons

This method promotes one way communicaMon
