The human brain is one of the greatest untapped resources, and mysteries in science and technology. With the risen interest and knowledge of physical health, consumers are beginning to extend their concern for mental health. This has been evident through the rise of common mental illnesses and rises in stress which has lead to the birth of various smartphone apps that cater to mental health monitoring, improvement, remedies, and tools.
