In close collaboration with the bank, AMC makes sure that AMC Banking is always upto date in regards to bank systems and payment formats.

Outgoing Payments

AMC Banking includes facilities for pay-ment of vendors in Dynamics AX.The module can handle payments andpayment types to several European banks.It is possible to make payment advice to the recipient by email, print or through the bank.

The banks’ rules on validation are incor-porated into the solution and vendor´s bank account information is automatically validated before it is sent to the bank. The solution supports AX’s intercompany functionality (meaning payments across different companies) as well as payment of several payment types for each vendor. In other words; everything is done in one efficient process with noticeably fewer mistakes.

In-going payments

AMC Banking includes facilities for receiv-ing payment files containing customer payments. It is possible to import and auto match payments based on both OCR pay-ments and unstructured bank transfers.

The auto match functionality is an ad-vanced and unique feature to match open invoices based on the banks electronic statements.

Bank account reconciliation

AMC Banking includes facilities to handle automatic bank account reconciliation on the basis of electronic account statements from the bank.

Reconciliation is automatically handled as each individual bank record is matched with the corresponding ledger transaction in Dynamics AX. There are also facilities for automatic posting of bank records, which are not yet posted in Dynamics AX.
