WHAT THEY’VE SAID
The United Nations has long recognised that the imagination, ideals and energies of young men and women are vital for the continuing development of the societies in which they live. AIESEC has contributed
to this development by serving as an agent of positive change through
education and cultural exchange to develop a broader understanding of
cultural, socioeconomic and business management issues.

ABOUT AIESEC 7 exchange students in Stockholm, Sweden created AIESEC post World War II in 1948.
“To expand the understanding of a nation by expanding the understanding of the individuals, changing the world one person at a time.” AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership development experiences, and today we are the world’s largest youth-run organisation. We offer students and recent graduates a chance to facilitate and undertake professional internships and volunteer programs, providing them with a global perspective, and a chance to apply skills learnt in a practical environment. We also offer students the opportunity to be global citizens, change the world and gain the experiences and skills that matter today, by running the organisation.
OUR CORE VALUES Living Diversity: Seeking to learn from the different ways of life and opinions represented in our multicultural environment. Activating Leadership: Lead by example and inspire leadership through our activities. We take full responsibility for developing the youth leadership potential of our members. Enjoying Participation: Creating a dynamic environment through active and enthusiastic participation of individuals. Demonstrating Integrity: Consistency and transparency in our decisions and actions. Striving for Excellence: We aim to deliver the highest quality performance in everything we do, through creativity and innovation. Acting Sustainably: Act in a way that is sustainable for our organisation and society. Our decisions take into account future generations.
