Where can I use my ticket?On Trainsnetwork and train are accepted for rail travel within the Zones specified on the ticket within the Network West Midlands area.Service User Number

Please note that there are not normally services on Christmas Day or Boxing Day and services may operate at reduced levels during holiday periods. No adjustment to ticket prices or refunds are made for these periods. bus Travel is subject to the published terms and conditions relating to Bus and Metro operators services and facilities, which are available for inspection at head offices of the appropriate companies. 1. Valid on bus services in the West Midlands county run by operators in the Busmaster scheme. Not valid on night buses or certain special services. 2. Valid on Midland Metro services only if purchased with a Metro Add-On. train Travel on Train Companies services is subject to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage and to the conditions of carriage of other operators on whose services this ticket is valid. Unless otherwise stated, it may be used on any Train Companys services within the zone(s) shown. In the case of out of county train tickets, travel into the West Midlands Zone must be by a permitted route. Names of the Train Companies, other participating operators and copies of the national Rail Conditions of Carriage and detail of Permitted Routes are available at Ticket Offices. 1. On Metronetwork tickets are accepted on Metro between Birmingham and Wolverhampton (except Zone 1 and Zone 12 only tickets). bus tickets are only accepted with a Metro add-on. Centro Concessionary Passes are accepted off-peak on Metro between Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

On Busesnetwork and bus are accepted on buses in the Network West Midlands area run by the operators listed on page 19. Certain special services may be excluded. Centro Concessionary Passes are accepted off-peak for bus travel throughout England.

Banks and Building Societies may not accept Direct Debit instructions for some types of account.
