Email- Is a method of exchanging digital messages from an author to one or more recipients. Modern email operates across the Internet or other computer networks. Some early email systems required that the author and the recipient both be online at the same time, in common with instant messaging.

WIKI-is the most popular wiki on the public web in terms of page views, but there are many sites running many different kinds of wiki software. Wikis can serve many different purposes both public and private, including knowledge management, note taking, community websites and intranets. Some permit control over different functions.

SOCIAL Book Marking-is a centralized online service which enables users to add, annotate, edit, and share bookmarks of web documents.

HTML-is the main mark up language for creating web pages and other information that can be displayed in a web browser.

Podcast-is a digital medium consisting of an episodic series of audio, video, PDF, or Pub files subscribed to and downloaded through web syndication or streamed online to a computer or mobile device. The word is a neologism and portmanteau derived from "broadcast" and "pod" from the success of the iPod, as audio podcasts are often listened to on portable media players.

VoLP-is a system for converting analogue signals to digital so that telephone calls may be made over the internet.

Online chat-may refer to any kind of communication over the Internet that offers a real-time transmission of text messages from sender to receiver.

WWW-Is a system of interlinked hypertext documents accessed via the Internet. With a web browser, one can view web pages that may contain text, images, videos, and other multimedia and navigate between them via hyperlinks.

Streaming-is multimedia that is constantly received by and presented to an end-user while being delivered by a provider.

Blog- is a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries posts typically displayed in reverse chronological .Until 2009 blogs were usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often covered a single subject.

Social Networking-is a social

structure made up of a set of social actors

and a set of the dyadic ties between these

actors. The social network perspective

provides a set of methods for analysing the

structure of whole social entities as well as a

variety of theories explaining the patterns

observed in these structures.
