Accessing and Paying your MHCA Invoices

On the MHCA home page (www.mohealthcare.com) click on Sign In - as noted by the yellow arrow in

the image below:

Sign In using your MHCA member Username and Password. If you do not remember your password you

may reset it using the link below the sign-in button. If you do not remember your Username, please call

the MHCA office at 573-893-2060. We cannot access your password for security purposes.

Once you’ve successfully signed in, you should now be on your main profile page (as seen in the screen

shot below). Click on Manage Profile as indicated by the yellow arrow:

Click on Invoices as indicated by the yellow arrow below:

The Invoices screen shows you any “Open” outstanding invoices that there may be for your

facility/company. You may pay these invoices on this screen by selecting the invoice you wish to pay

and clicking the red Pay Selected Invoices button.

On the payment screen you may choose your method of payment and enter your credit card

information. We accept both Visa and MasterCard through our online system. If you would like to pay

by American Express you will need to contact the MHCA office directly at 573-893-2060 - please note

that a 3.5% service fee applies to American Express payments.
