Brief Background

RF is 26 years old and father of one elementary school child.

He spent his childhood in and out of foster care due to child abuse in the home. RF dropped out of school in the 11th grade.

In December 2011, he was arrested for felony burglary, larceny and possession of stolen property with his father in December 2011.

Prior to this incident he had no previous criminal record and worked for a local construction company.
