1 Overview of Routine Maintenance

About This Chapter

This topic describes the precautions, purpose, items and required tools for the routinemaintenance.

1.1 Safety Operation GuideThis section provides guidelines to safety operations during routine maintenance. The guidelinesconsist of the safety regulations for humans and the equipment. These guidelines must befollowed to avoid injuries to humans or damage to equipment.

1.2 Purpose of Routine MaintenanceThis section describes the purpose of routine maintenance.

1.1 Safety Operation GuideThis section provides guidelines to safety operations during routine maintenance. The guidelinesconsist of the safety regulations for humans and the equipment. These guidelines must befollowed to avoid injuries to humans or damage to equipment.

1.1.1 Safety LabelsDuring the equipment maintenance, observe the precautions indicated by the warnings and safetysymbols to prevent damage to the human body or equipment.

1.1.2 Using Fibers with SafetyUse the fiber in a safe and correct manner, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment andprevent damage to the human body and equipment.

1.1.3 ESDESD can damage boards. Some measures such as proper grounding and wearing the ESD wriststrap should be taken to protect the equipment against ESD.

1.1.4 LaserWhen you install and maintain equipment, follow the safety precautions to prevent personalinjury or equipment damage.

1.1.5 Short CircuitWhen you install and maintain equipment, follow the operation rules when you use or place atool to prevent the short circuit caused by metallic objects such as tools.

1.1.6 Operations on the Equipment with Power OnWhen you operate on the equipment when it is powered on, ensure that you take the safetyprecautions to prevent personal injury or equipment damage.

1.1.7 Precautions of Using the T2000To use the T2000 correctly, you should observe the precautions of running, setting, and operatingthe T2000.

1.1.1 Safety LabelsDuring the equipment maintenance, observe the precautions indicated by the warnings and safetysymbols to prevent damage to the human body or equipment.

1.1.2 Using Fibers with SafetyUse the fiber in a safe and correct manner, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment andprevent damage to the human body and equipment.

DANGERThe laser beam at the optical interface board or from the fiber may cause injuries to eyes. Donot stare into the optical interface or fiber connector during installation and maintenance ofoptical interface boards or fibers.

Clean the Fiber Connectors and Optical Interfaces

Use the special cleaning tools and materials to clean the fiber connectors and optical interfaces.Some common tools and materials are listed as follows.

l Special cleaning solvent (Isoamylol is preferred, propyl alcohol is the next, alcohol andformalin are forbidden.)

l Non-woven lens tissue

l Special compressed gas

l Cotton stick (medical cotton or long fiber cotton)

l Special cleaning roll, used with cleaning solvent listed in the first item

l Magnifier for optical connectors

For details on how to check and clean fibers, refer to "Inspecting and Cleaning the Fiber-OpticalConnectors" in the Supporting Task.

Replace FibersUse filter caps to cap the connectors of the fibers that are not used temporarily.

Connect FibersWhen the optical power is too high, use an attenuator to prevent damage to the optical interface.

l The slanting optical interface can be directly connected to an attenuator, which must beinserted in the IN port, not in the OUT port.

l The level optical interface cannot be directly connected to an attenuator, but can beconnected through the optical distribution frame (ODF).

Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2 respectively show the slanting and level optical interfaces.

1.1.3 ESDESD can damage boards. Some measures such as proper grounding and wearing the ESD wriststrap should be taken to protect the equipment against ESD.

The general rules pertaining to ESD are as follows:

l Check that the equipment is securely grounded according to requirements.

l Always wear an ESD wrist strap during the operation.

l Before touching a device, a board or an integrated circuit (IC) chip, you must wear an ESDwrist strap, and properly ground the other end of the ESD wrist strap to prevent staticelectricity in the human body from damaging the static sensitive components. Ensure thatthe metallic portion of the ESD wrist strap is in contact with the skin and the other end isproperly connected to the grounding connector. If the ESD wrist strap is not available, wearthe antistatic gloves. For the method of how to wear an ESD wrist strap, refer to Figure1-3, , , , and .

l Check the validity and functionality of the wrist strap. Its resistance value ranges from 0.75

Mohm to 10 Mohm. If the validity period (usually two years) of the wrist strap expires, orthe resistance value fails to meet requirements, replace the ESD wrist strap.

l Avoid touching boards with your clothing, because the touching generates static electricitybeyond the protection scope of the wrist strap.

l Wear an ESD wrist strap or antistatic gloves and place the board on an antistatic pad whenreplacing board software or chips. Use antistatic tweezers or extraction tools to replacechips. Do not touch chips, circuits, or pins with bare hands.

l Keep all the boards and components that are to be installed in shielding bags. Place removedboards and components on an antistatic pad or other antistatic materials. Do not use non-antistatic materials such as white foams, common plastic bags, or paper bags to pack boardsor allow them to touch boards.

l Wear an ESD wrist strap when operating the ports of boards because they are also ESD-sensitive. Discharge the static electricity of cables and protective sleeves before connectingthem to the ports.

l Reserve some packing materials (such as antistatic boxes and bags) for board in the roomfor future use.

1.1.4 LaserWhen you install and maintain equipment, follow the safety precautions to prevent personalinjury or equipment damage.

The safety precautions of lasers consists of the following two parts:

l Equipment damage

Personal Injury

DANGERThe laser beams from fibers or the optical interface on boards cause eye damage. Do not lookdirectly at the optical interfaces or fiber connectors during the installation and maintenance ofboards or fibers.

DANGERIn the case of an optical interface that is in use, use protective caps to cover the optical interfaceand the fiber connector when you remove the fiber from the optical interface to prevent eyedamage.

Equipment Damage

CAUTIONUse protective caps to cover idle optical interfaces and fiber connectors so that they do not gatherdust.

CAUTIONWhen performing a hardware loopback test on optical interfaces by using a fiber, add the opticalattenuator to prevent damage to the equipment because of the high power of the laser beam. Addthe optical attenuator at the receive optical interface on the board that supports opticalattenuators.

CAUTIONWhen you use the optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR), disconnect the fiber between theopposite station and the board to prevent damage to the receive optical module because of highoptical power.

CAUTIONExercise caution when you remove or insert the board that is connected with fibers.

1.1.5 Short CircuitWhen you install and maintain equipment, follow the operation rules when you use or place atool to prevent the short circuit caused by metallic objects such as tools.

CAUTIONDo not place tools, such as screwdrivers, on the air baffle.

CAUTIONEnsure that screws do not fall off into the subrack or chassis.

1.1.6 Operations on the Equipment with Power OnWhen you operate on the equipment when it is powered on, ensure that you take the safetyprecautions to prevent personal injury or equipment damage.

DANGERDo not install or disassemble the equipment when it is powered on.

DANGERDo not install or remove the power cables of the equipment when it is powered on.

1.1.7 Precautions of Using the T2000To use the T2000 correctly, you should observe the precautions of running, setting, and operatingthe T2000.

Precautions of Running the T2000To ensure that the T2000 runs properly, be aware of the following precautions:l To ensure that the working power of the T2000 computer is stable, use the uninterrupted

power supply (UPS).

l Install the T2000 software in the file path that contains only English characters.

l A T2000 license file is an authorized file and must be kept properly. Do not make anychange to the license file. Otherwise, the license becomes invalid.

l On the UNIX platform, log in to the operating system on which the T2000 server is installedas user t2000.

l On the Windows platform, log in to the operating system as the user that is used during theT2000 installation. Do not change the login user of Windows.

Precautions of Setting the T2000 Computer

When you set the computer where the T2000 server or client resides, be aware of the followingprecautions:

l Do not modify the system time when the T2000 is running. Set the system time when youinstall the T2000.

– If the system time of the server need be modified, log out of the T2000 server and thenmodify the system time. After the modification, restart the T2000 server.

– If the system time of the client need be modified, log out of the T2000 client and thenmodify the system time. After the modification, restart the T2000 client.

l Do not modify the name and IP address of the computer where the T2000 server is installed,unless required. Otherwise, the communication between the T2000 server and the NE mayfail.

Precautions of Operating the T2000

When you operate the T2000, be aware of the following precautions:

l When the T2000 is running, ensure that the data on the T2000 is consistent with the dataon the NE.

– When the data configuration on an NE is complete and the NE runs properly, use theupload or synchronization function to keep the data consistency between the T2000 andthe NE.

– When the NE data stored on the NE is incorrect and the NE data stored on the T2000is correct, use the download or restoration function to keep the data consistency betweenthe T2000 and the NE.

l To change the configuration data, observe the following rules:

– Before you change the configuration data, upload the NE data to keep the NE dataconsistency between the T2000 and the NE.

– Before you change the configuration data, back up the NE database and the T2000database, so that the data can be restored in the case of an operation failure.

– After you change the configuration data, back up the NE database and the T2000database, so that the data can be restored in the case of an NE anomaly.

l Before you set parameters, query the latest data from the NE.

l Exercise caution when you perform a risky operation. Usually, on the T2000, a prompt isdisplayed indicating the risk before a risky operation is performed.

l Periodically back up the MO data to minimize the loss caused by system anomalies.

– Back up the MO data of the T2000 monthly.

l For a T2000 that is accessed by multiple clients, you are recommended to use only oneclient for configuration and the other clients for monitoring.

1.2 Purpose of Routine MaintenanceThis section describes the purpose of routine maintenance.

l Check the current state of the equipment to determine the working condition of theequipment and to locate a fault in time.

l Check the protection schemes of the equipment to make sure that services can be protectedin case of a fault.

l Clean the air filter of the equipment to keep the equipment in a good running state.

2.8 Checking the Optical PowerIf the mean launched optical power and the received optical power at the optical interface areexcessively high or low, the services are affected due to bit errors or damage to the opticalcomponents. To prevent this, you need to check the optical power periodically.

Maintain the environment of the equipment room in a periodic manner to ensure that theequipment works in an environment of proper temperature and humidity. This task is performedto reduce the possibility of equipment faults and to prolong the life span of the equipment.

2.10 Verifying the MSP SwitchingThe multiplex section protection (MSP) exercise switching can be performed to check whetherthe MSP protocol is normal. The exercise switching does not affect services.

2.11 Backing up the Database of the T2000Back up the database of the T2000. In this way, when the T2000 is upgraded or replaced, youcan directly read the data from the backup database instead of uploading the data from the NEside. This section describes how to back up the T2000 database.

2.12 Backing up Data of the ASON NEAfter you back up the ASON NE data, you can restore the NE data through the T2000 to preventservice loss if the database of the ASON NE is lost.

The NE icon and boards icon should be displayed in green on the T2000, and their workingstatus is normal.

Procedure

Step 1 Click the shortcut icon in the T2000 Main Topology to click Legend. Then, the descriptionof NE status is displayed.

Step 2 Check the NE status in the T2000 Main Topology. Normally, The NE icon should be displayedin green and its working status is normal. If not, handle the problem with reference tothe following and the Troubleshooting manual.

l If the NE icon is grey and is present above the NE icon, it indicates that thecommunication between the T2000 and NE is interrupted.

l If the NE icon is red , it indicates that the highest severity level of the alarms generatedon the NE is critical.

l If the NE icon is orange , it indicates that the highest severity level of the alarmsgenerated on the NE is major.

l If the NE icon is yellow , it indicates that the highest severity level of the alarmsgenerated on the NE is minor.

l If the NE icon is slight-blue , it indicates that the highest severity level of the alarmsgenerated on the NE is warning.

l If is present above the NE icon, it indicates that the T2000 and the NE are inconsistentwith respect to the NE configuration data. In this case, upload the NE configuration data byreferring to the OptiX iManager T2000 Online Help.

Step 3 Double-click the NE icon. The NE status displayed in the upper left portion of the NE slot layoutshould be Running Status. If the NE status is Status Unknown, it indicates that the NE failsto communicate with the T2000, or that the NE status cannot be detected because of a fault onthe equipment. Handle the problem with reference to Troubleshooting manual.

Step 4 Click the shortcut icon in the NE slot layout to display the description of board status.

Step 5 Query the working state of the board. The board icon should be white . If the board iconis of any other colors, take the following guidelines to handle the anomaly.

l If the board icon is slight-green , it indicates that the physical board is in position butthe logical board is not added on the T2000. Right-click the board, and choose Add PhysicalBoard from the shortcut menu.

l If the board icon is dark-green , it indicates that the board is fixed and cannot beremoved or managed.

l If the board icon is blue , it indicates that the board is in the running state but not inposition. In this case, the physical board is not in position but the logical board is added onthe T2000. Check the board on site to ensure that the board is installed and the board is inproper contact with the backplane.

l If the board icon is grey , it indicates that the board is in the installation state and isrunning abnormally. In this case, check whether the configuration data of the board is corrector whether the board becomes faulty.

l If the board icon is slight-grey , it indicates that no board is available in the slot.

l If is displayed in the lower right portion of the board icon, it indicates that the board isin the protection state. If the original working board is in the protection state, troubleshootthe board.

l If is displayed in the lower left portion of the board icon, it indicates that loopback is setto the board. Determine whether to release the loopback on the board as required.

Operation CriteriaUse the T2000 to query the network-wide alarms. No new alarms exist.

NOTE

New alarms are the alarms generated during the query intervals.

Procedure

Step 1 Click in the upper right portion of the Main Topology of the T2000 to display theCurrent Alarms-[All Current Alarms]-Critical interface. You can browse the current criticalalarms.

NOTE

When the indicator is surrounded by a square frame , it indicates that there are critical alarmsto be acknowledged.

When the indicator is surrounded by a square frame and the square frame flashes, it indicates that there arenew critical alarms to be acknowledged.

The number in the middle of the indicator indicates the number of current network-wide uncleared criticalalarms. Keep the interface open when alarms are monitored.

Step 2 Select the new cleared alarms and check the alarm causes. Check whether these alarms indicateany probable faults by referring to the Alarms and Performance Events Reference andTroubleshooting.

Step 3 Select all the alarms and right-click Acknowledge. The cleared alarms disappear and are storedas history alarms.

NOTE

To query the history alarms, choose Fault > Browse History Alarm .

Step 4 Select the new uncleared alarms and then check the alarm causes. Handle the faults withreference to Troubleshooting manual.

Step 5 Click in the upper right portion of the Main Topology of the T2000 to browse the currentmajor alarm, and follow Step 2 to Step 4 to check and handle the new major alarms.

NOTE

Step 2 Optional: Click Copy from Template in the lower left corner in the Basic Settings tab orEvent Source tab to import the event browse template previously set. For details on how tocreate an event browse template by setting filter conditions, refer to the OptiX iManager T2000Online Help.

NOTE

The default event browse template covers all abnormal performance events and all NEs.

Step 3 Set the filter conditions for browsing performance events in the Basic Settings tab of theFilter dialog box.

1. Optional: Select the Event Name check box and click . In the displayed SelectEvent dialog box that is displayed, select the performance events to be browsed, and thenclick OK.

2. In the Basic Settings tab of the Filter dialog box, set Severity, Type, and GeneratedTime for performance events.

3. Optional: Select the Remarks contain check box and enter the remarks made previouslyfor specific performance events in the text box behind the Remarks contain to filter theperformance events.

Step 4 In the Event Source tab of the Filter dialog box, select the NEs whose performance events areto be browsed.

1. Set the mode for selecting NEs in the Select Mode group box.

2. Adopt either of the following modes to select NEs whose performance events are to bebrowsed.

l Enter the key words of the NE name or NE type in the text box below Object name(By object) or Type (By type). (Fuzzy match is supported. For multiple conditions,separate them with a space.) Then, click Find. The matched NE names or NE types aredisplayed in the Navigation Tree.

l Select the NE name or NE type in the Object Navigation Tree (By object) or TypeNavigation Tree (By type).

Step 5 Click OK. The matched performance events, if there is any, are displayed in the Events window.

Step 6 For abnormal events, see Alarms and Performance Events Reference and Troubleshooting.

Step 7 Optional: Click Print or Save As to output the performance event data.

Step 1 On the T2000, choose Performance > Browse SDH Performance from the Main Menu. Clickthe Current Performance Data option button.

Step 2 Select 15-Minute or 24-Hour for the Monitor Period field.

Step 3 In the left pane, select one or more NEs and boards, and click .

NOTEIf the target NE belongs to a subnet, first expand the subnet and then select the target NE.

Step 4 Click the Gauge tab, and choose Select All for the performance event type.

Step 5 Click Query to check if the performance value is normal.

Step 6 Click the Count option button. Select bit error or pointer justification performance event, andselect Display Zero Data for the Display Options.

Step 1 On the T2000, right-click the NE icon in Main Topology and choose NE Explorer.

NOTEIf the NE to be queried belongs to a subnet, expand the subnet and then select the NE.

Step 2 Select the Ethernet board and choose Performance > RMON Performance from the FunctionTree.

Step 3 Click the Statistics Group tab.

Step 4 Select the Ethernet port whose performance events need to be queried. Set the QueryConditions and Display Mode according to the requirements.

NOTEIf the Query Conditions is set to Graphics, it is recommended that the maximum number of performanceevents that you can select at one time is 10.

Step 5 Click Start and wait for some time (10 to 15 minutes is recommended). Then, click Stop toquery the Ethernet performance events during this period.

If performance statistics should be made again, click Resetting begins.

Step 3 Select the related port from the list. Enable or disable the monitor period mode. Click Apply todisplay the Operation Result dialog box. Then, click Close.

Step 4 Choose Performance > ATM Performance Real-Time Monitor > Port PerformanceData from the Function Tree.

Step 5 Select the related port from Monitored Object.

Step 6 Select Monitor Period, Monitor Interval(s), and Display Number of Data Column.

Step 7 Click Reset & Start. After a period of time (10 to 15 minutes is recommended), click Stop.Browse and check the performance events at the ATM port during this period.

working board enables the board version replacement function. If the board names are consistent,it indicates that the board version replacement function is enabled for the current working board.

In the case of board version replacement, the new board may not have certain functions that the old boardhas. Hence, ensure that the new board has all the functions that the old board has before using the boardversion replacement function.

2.8 Checking the Optical PowerIf the mean launched optical power and the received optical power at the optical interface areexcessively high or low, the services are affected due to bit errors or damage to the opticalcomponents. To prevent this, you need to check the optical power periodically.

Step 1 Check the temperature of the board.1. On the T2000, choose Performance > Browse SDH Performance from the Main Menu.

Click the Current Performance Data option button.2. Select 15-Minute or 24-Hour for the Monitor Period field.

3. In the left pane, select one or more NEs and boards, and click .4. Click the Gauge tab, and choose Working Temperature for the performance event type.

Choose Display Current Value in the Display Options pane.5. Click Query and then click Close in the Operation Result dialog box. Confirm that the

temperature is within the normal range.

NOTEIf the temperature is beyond the normal range, see the Troubleshooting of the product to handle thecase.

Step 2 Check the temperature of the equipment room. This task is performed by the on-site maintenancepersonnel.1. Record the values that the thermometer and hygroscope in the equipment room read. The

normal value range is shown in Table 2-7.2. Ensure that the cabinet, equipment surface and interior, table top, and ground surface are

tidy and clean. No dust can be easily observed.

2.10 Verifying the MSP SwitchingThe multiplex section protection (MSP) exercise switching can be performed to check whetherthe MSP protocol is normal. The exercise switching does not affect services.

Prerequisitel The T2000 must be started at the NM center.

l The equipment must be in normal communication with the T2000. The network must beconfigured with the MSP. No APS_INDI alarm occurs on the NE that is configured withthe MSP.

l On the UNIX platform, right-click the CDE desktop and choose Tool > Terminal to displaya terminal window. Run the T2000DM.sh in the /T2000/server/database directory.

l On the Windows platform, display the Resource Manager window. Run the T2000DM.exein the C:\T2000\server\database directory.

NOTE

The previous example shows the default path where the T2000 is installed. The actual path may varywith the actual situations. It is subject to the actual path.

Step 2 Select T2000DBServer from the left Database Server List.

Step 3 In the displayed dialog box, enter the password of the user (sa).

NOTEThe password for the sa user is the password entered when the T2000 is installed. By default, the passwordis null.

Step 4 Click Backup Database to display a dialog box.

Step 5 Specify the directory where the backup database files are to be stored.

2.12 Backing up Data of the ASON NEAfter you back up the ASON NE data, you can restore the NE data through the T2000 to preventservice loss if the database of the ASON NE is lost.

Prerequisitel The NE data must be configured and the NE must run normally.

l You must be an NM user with "NE operator" authority or higher.

l The ASON features must be enabled on the NE.

Step 1 Choose NE Software Management > Device Operation from the Main Menu on the T2000to enter Data Center.

Step 2 Click in the Device Operation Object Tree, and choose the type of the NE to be backedup.

NOTE

You can click to select the subnet that the NE to be backed up belongs to.

Step 3 Select one or more NEs to be backed up from Device View. Right-click the selected NE or NEsand choose Backup from the shortcut menu. Then, the Backup dialog box is displayed.

TIP

If there are multiple equipment, click Search on the Search tab. In the Search Device(s) dialog box thatis displayed, set Resource Type and Search Mode. Enter the keyword for searching in the Find Whatdialog box according to Search Mode.

Step 4 Select the path for backing up data in Backup To.l If you need to back up the data to the server, choose NMS Server.

l If you need to back up the data to the client, choose NMS Client. Click . In the Backupto client dialog box that is displayed, select the directory to back up the data and click OK.

– NOTE

To back up the data to the client, you need to start the FTP, SFTP, and TFTP protocols.

Step 5 Click Start to start the backup. The backup progress is displayed in Operation Status.

The maintenance period is adjustable according to the cleanness of the equipment room

l According to the environment defined in ETSI EN 300 019-2-3 class 3.1, the air filtershould be cleaned each three months.

l According to the environment defined in ETSI EN 300 019-2-3 class 3.2, the air filtershould be cleaned each month.

NOTE

During cable layout, do not block the air inlet (at the lower part of the cabinet) and the air outlet (at theupper part of the subrack and the top part of the cabinet). In addition, do not place any items on the top ofthe subrack to ensure the ventilation.

PrecautionsNOTE

Ensure that the air paths are not blocked. Ensure that the air intake vent (at the bottom of the cabinet) orair exhaust vent (at the top of the subrack and the top of the cabinet) are not blocked when you route thecables and fibers. Do not place any foreign items on the subrack that may block the air exhaut vent.

Procedure

Step 1 Draw out the air filter of the subrack. Reference Information shows where the air filter locatesin the subrack.

Step 2 Cleaning the Air Filter:

l OptiX OSN 2500, OptiX OSN 3500, OptiX OSN 3500 II, and OptiX OSN 7500: remove thesponge on the air filter and wash it with water. Then, have it blown to dry in a ventilate place.

l OptiX OSN 1500: clean the air filter and have it blown to dry in a ventilate place.

– When the network is to be upgraded, provide the parts in time and upgrade the versionof the running parts.

NOTE

If the board belongs to the multiple ID board, see "Board Version Replacement" for board compatibilityand replacement.

l Principle for storage of parts:– The spare parts must be stored in line with regulations and be kept for exclusive use.

– The spare parts must be stored in shielding bag and no friction should be caused amongthem. These bags with parts inside should be kept in special antistatic cupboard andaway from sundries.

– Wear an antistatic glove to touch the spare parts.

– The inbound/outbound information must be recorded and timely refreshed. Hence, theparts can be supplemented accordingly.

A Glossary

B

Backup A method to save the data to prevent damage to the original data.

Bit Error An error to some bits in the digital code stream after receiving,generation. Bit errors accompany the damage to the transmittedinformation.

C

Client A terminal (computer or workstation) that sends signaling to the serverand displays the result on the user interface.

ConfigurationData

A command file for an NE which defines the configuration of the NEhardware. With the file, the NE can coordinate with other NEs in theentire network. Configuration data is the key factor for the normalrunning of the entire network.

CurrentPerformance Data

Performance data stored in the current register. An NE provides twotypes registers for each performance parameter of the performancemonitoring entity. The registers are 15-minute register and 24-hourregister, which are used to accumulate the performance data within thecurrent monitoring period.

E

Ethernet A data line level protocol that consists of the two bottom layers of theOSI model. Several physical media, such as twisted pairs and co-axialcables, can be used for the Ethernet broadcast network topology. TheEthernet uses the CSMA/CD and TCP/IP to detect conflict.

Exercise RingSwitching

An operation to exercise the ring protection switching for specificchannels by issuing commands. The bridging and switching is notactually performed. Commands are issued and the response result ischecked. However, services are not affected.

Mean LaunchedOptical Power

A parameter that indicates the optical power of the output signals.

Pass-Through To transmit the received service to the next station without processing.

Protection Subnet A network-level concept for the T2000 rather than a pure MS ring orpath protection ring in the NES or RMS+ network management system.A protection subnet consists of NEs and fiber connections. Sufficientresources are available to create a subnet on the condition that NEs arecreated, configured and fiber connections among NEs are correctlyestablished.

Upload An operation to report some or all configuration data of an NE to theT2000. The configuration data then covers the configuration data storedat the T2000 side.
