1.0 GENERAL

2.0 PURPOSE OF THE VISIT

To check and verify the proposed areas to confirm the feasibility, obstruction and

interference free.

3.0 FINDINGS

New blower, heat exchanger and separator will be installed on new steel structure

in PCP area.

New 16 pipe will be routed on existing pipe racks and bridges from PCP area to

existing incinerators in VCM area.

5.0 CONCLUSIONS

After performing site survey, we found that

PCP area, existing stair will be demolished then replacing by the new steel structure.

(Fig. 1)

PCP area, the new blower will be installed at existing gravel area. So, new paving

and spill wall will be constructed after installing of the new blower. (Fig. 2)

PCP area, existing manhole will be relocated to any suitable area. (Fig. 1)

PCP area, new analyzer house will be constructed next to the new blower. (Fig. 3)

Spaces of existing pipe racks and bridges are available for the new 16 pipe.

(Fig. 4 to 12)

VCM area, new special pipe supports will be constructed for the new 16 pipe to

incinerators. (Fig. 13 to 14)

VCM area, two existing filters will be relocated for connecting the new 16 pipe

to existing line, so new foundations of the filters are required. The new

foundations are considered as additional work. (Fig. 15 to 16)
