Early Outreach Efforts by Stanford University:

In addition to the County's standard practice of noticing the project on the County website and

notification to the County mailing lists, Stanford University conducted supplemental outreach as

requested by County staff.

The outreach included:

1. Notice of the application to the Palo Alto Weekly, Palo Alto Daily, Palo Alto Post, Menlo

Park Almanac and Mountain View Voice.

2. Notice of the application in prominent locations on campus.

3. Meetings with the Chief Medical Residents and Graduate Medical Education staff on

January 5, 2015, the Stanford University Postdoctoral Association (SURPAS) on

February 25, 2015, and direct notification to the Stanford Faculty Staff Housing office.

4. An article will run in the Stanford Report on March 13, 2015.
