We celebrated the increase of Marin home prices and unprecedented company growth for

Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014!

Marin Average Single Family Home prices jumped 15% from last year and exceeded the peak

pricing of 2007 by 1%, returning equity to the long term homeowner. Some sectors of the

luxury market in Marin, particularly under $5 million, experienced substantial growth in

sales transactions.

Early indicators for 2015 show continued but slowing price appreciation in a stabilizing

market. While the number of homes sold in 2014 was robust compared with the peak,

it was 5% lower than the previous year.

Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty met Marin’s demand for luxury sales with a

strong luxury real estate brand, top agents in each community, and expansion in Ross Valley,

Mill Valley, Tiburon, San Rafael, and Novato.

Our local sales exceeded $1.4 billion in 2014. We anticipate another exceptional year and look

BEHZAD ZANDINEJADLUXURY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL

A local of Marin County, Behzad has over two decades of

experience in financing and in real estate.

He first began his career in the mortgage industry in 1994.

By 2006, he received his broker’s license and expanded

into the real estate market.

His extensive knowledge of both finance and real estate has served

him well, and he has since gone on to win multiple awards including:

the Highest Dollar Volume Award, the Gold and Silver awards, and

the President’s Club. He also received the Executive Club’s award for

four years in a row.

He studied engineering in England but changed field to Film Making

in San Francisco and went on to make several documentaries. This

experience of different cultures and getting to know people on a

personal level has helped him to take great pride in his commitment

to his clients — not a day goes by that he is not persistently working

to make their real estate dreams a reality.
