Bleacher Level Picnic: $18.95 per person

Prices include game ticket, meal, sales tax and service. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking a date. The balance and your final number are due 14 days before the outing.

After it’s all over, we’ll make sure everyone finds their seats for a Nine-Inning Vacation. And the best part? We’ll take care of all the cleanup!

Picnics are for groups of 20 or more.Picnics will begin 1 hour and 15 minutes before the game and end at first pitch.

THE BUDWEISER PARTY DECK is a private deck located just beyond the left field wall. Not only is the deck a great place to catch a home run ball, it also provides you with an all-you-can-eat buffet for a full hour after first pitch! Plus every member of your group receives a souvenir Smok-ies cap.

SMOKIES BUCKS Smokies Bucks are just like cash- for parking, concessions, kid zone area and a variety of other items. Good all season long, they can be purcahsed in $1 increments.

KID ZONE WRISTBANDS Wristbands give game access to the 25’ inflatable slide and the moon bounce for only $3. Wristbands must be purchased in advance of game day to receive the discounted price. (Regularly $5)

WHEN DO I NEED TO FINALIZE MY EVENT? Full payment and final group size are due 14 days before the game (Additional tickets may be added later). The Smokies reserve the right to release any tickets not pur-chased by the 2 weeks deadline.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY GROUP DATE? You may reschedule to another date until 7 days prior to original game.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY GROUP OUTING? We accept cash, check or all major credit cards. Payment can be made in person, by mail or over the phone.

WHEN CAN I GET MY TICK-ETS? Tickets will be printed after final payment is received. They may be picked up at the box office from 9 am-5 pm, emailed, or mailed for a small shipping fee (no tickets will be mailed within 7 days of the game). They can also be picked up on the day of the game at Will Call.

WHAT DO I DO WITH LEFTOVER GROUP TICKETS? Tickets are non-refundable; how-ever, unused group tickets may be traded in for a field level seat for any regular season game.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER? Picnics and food orders in the Luxury Suites/Porches will be served rain or shine. In the event that the game is postponed, the tickets can be exchanged for any future regular season game, or the group outing may be rescheduled based on availability.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE? Due to Southern League rules, outside food or beverage is not allowed in the sta-dium. Please make sure your group members are aware of this. *Failure to comply will result in being denied entry to Smokies Park. ** If there are any members of your group with food allergies or special needs please inform your group sales

representative.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PARKING AT THE STADIUM? $3 per car is the charge for parking at Smokies Park. Smokies Bucks can be purchased if you would like to prepay for your group’s parking costs. Buses and 15 person passen-ger vans are free.
