The following outlines the policies for sponsorship opportunities with the 9th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC). The Sponsor agrees that these policies are considered binding and agrees to adhere to these policies in order to secure a sponsorship.

9th IPTC Sponsorship Guidelines• All copy and/or promotional gifts and items must be submitted to and approved prior to implementation.• It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide logos in high resolution formats such as EPS, PDF, or AI to be used in promotion of the sponsorship.

9th IPTC Sponsorship Payment PolicyIPTC requires a 50% deposit on all sponsorships. This deposit must be submitted immediately after receiving the invoice in order to secure a sponsorship. Upon receipt of required Sponsorship Opportunities Confirmation Form and required deposit, IPTC will send the sponsor a Confirmation Notice for Sponsorship. No confirmation will be sent and no sponsorship will be acknowledged or promoted, either in print or on the IPTC official website, until the sponsor has submitted the Sponsorship Opportunities Confirmation Form and required deposit.

The remaining 50% of all IPTC sponsorships is due 60 days prior to the event’s opening date (6 October 2015).

If a participant has contracted a sponsorship within 60 days of the event, full payment is required with submittal of Sponsorship Contract in order to confirm the sponsorship.

Payment is accepted in US dollars only. Visa credit card, Master credit card, American Express credit card, cheques, and wire transfers are accepted.

Should a sponsor elect to cancel its confirmed sponsorship, the sponsor is not entitled to a refund of money.

9th IPTC Sponsorship Deadlines• In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the 9th IPTC Conference Preview: Sponsorship contracts and 50% deposit must be received prior to 6 June 2015 unless otherwise noted.

If the IPTC 2015 is cancelled through the IPTC’s responsibility or through any reason, which the Sponsor doesn’t have to cause willfully or grossly negligent, the IPTC immediately shall then fully refund the amount of exhibition fees paid by the Exhibitor as advance pursuant to contract.
