The perineal compartment or boundaries

•Pubic symphysis, anteriorly.

• Ischiopubic rami (combined inferior pubic rami and ischial rami),

anterolaterally.

• Ischial tuberosities, laterally.

• Sacrotuberous ligaments, posterolaterally.
