The Street Works manual, or Red Book, tells contractors how to set up their street works sites in a compliant manner and tells manufacturers how to make compliant products. Oxford Plastics design plastic safety barriers & anti-climb enhanced barriers that are 100% compliant with the Red Book & Chapter 8.
