SUPERVISION RATIO: Supervisors for 6-12 year olds are

required to purchase an adult ticket.

WAIVER FORM: You will be emailed a waiver form. Please

provide this form to all parents to fill out on behalf of their

child, prior to your groups arrival. Please bring waiver forms

with you on the day.

CHECK-IN: 15 mins prior to your booked session.

FAQ'S

What should we wear?

Circuit climbers are required to wear enclosed shoes,

such as sneakers, and we recommend weather

appropriate clothing, suitable for physical activity. We

will provide gloves, but you are welcome to bring your

own!

For the Viewing Deck, we recommend appropriate sun

protective clothing, such as a hat or a long sleeve top.

Does everyone need a waiver form?

Yes, we require each participant to have a waiver form

filled before they begin their climb. Parents will be

required to fill the form for participants Under 18yrs of

age.

What if it rains?

We are an all-weather activity, with rain just being an

added challenge to your climb! We recommend

bringing wet weather gear or maybe a change of

clothes for the trip home.

What if there is a storm?

We will only close due to local electrical

thunderstorms or strong winds. If the park is required

to close, we will contact you prior to your arrival.

If you are onsite, and are less than halfway through

the session, we will organise a refund or free

reschedule of your booking. Closure is at the

discretion of Next Level only.

Do I need to make payment upfront?

For birthday parties we require a $100 deposit, once

your booking form has been received and confirmed

by one of our team. Your final numbers and final

payment is due 10 days prior.

How many circuits can we complete?

The amount of circuits is based on the number you

have booked. On average, each circuit takes approx.

45min - 1 hour to complete, but this also depends on

the level of difficulty and the number of other

climbers.

Do adults need to climb the circuits with the

children?

If you book a party without a package, you will need

to have one participating adult to supervise up to 2

children, aged 6-7 years old. A ticket is required for

the supervising adult. We also require 1 adult for up to

4 children, aged 8-12 years old. Children aged 13-17

years require a non-participating adult to supervise

from the ground.

If you book one of our birthday packages, a Next

Level Crew member will look after your group but big

kids at heart can still join in!

What is your cancellation policy?

It is free to cancel or reschedule outside 10 days of

your booking.

- Cancellations between 2-10 days of your booking

will incur a 50% fee of the total amount.

- Rescheduling within 2-10 days of your booking will

incur a 20% fee of the total amount and will be

applied to the final invoice.

- Cancellations within 0-2 days of the booking,

including no shows, will forfeit the entire booking and

will be invoiced for the full amount of the booking.
